Another Present Post Christmas....

Made this scarf for a good friend! She found a cute hat in NYC and I decided to make her a scarf to go with it! The pattern is called Potato Chip.

It was fun to make, can't wait to see her face when she opens it.

I have to say a big thank you to my friend Yvonne who got me back crocheting and knitting again...I had forgotten how relaxing it can be!

Trip to Gettysburg...

Sunday was the day to take Emily back to College
at Gettysburg....I was lucky enough to be asked along
for the drive...we visited some wonderful spots and
Stopped for some great pictures....this Covered Bridge
was one of those places....

Here is Karen looking great...we had some great laughs...

We had a great day and Emily arrived safe and
sound back at school!

Commission Cupcakes....

My friend Alan recommended me to someone who placed an order for a cake....that means he earned a commission of Red Velvet Cupcakes
with White Chocolate & Cream Cheese frosting...




he got one dozen delivered....







Since his wife doesn't like Red Velvet....

I made her some Mocha Cupcakes with
Mocha Frosting...since...yes you guessed it
Mocha is her favorite flavor!











Ginny the Cat...The "Finickiest of the Finicky" gave her seal of approval on the Red Velvet!

Taking a class.....

I decided to do something educational for myself!
Taking a class in Lightroom3, hopefully this will
be fun and get my photos in order and altered the
way that I would like to have them~!

More Scarves for Christmas....

My Little Diva Lauren got this girly girl
Scarf. Her favorite color is green and the
pattern of loops is so much fun!

She loved it!















For her brother Tommy, I made
a pretty blue scarf....he said "it's the
best scarf ever!" He is my "best boy"!

A Scarf for Tracy for Christmas....

Since purple is her favorite color, Tracy got
a knitted scarf for Christmas!

She liked it..."so soft"!!!

Gift for Sarah for Christmas....

Last year I made a cool hat for my very trendy
hat wearing friend Sarah! She loved it....so this
year I decided to make her a really cool fun fur
Scarf!






It came out great and she loved it!

Christmas Gifts continued....

Here is the cowl that I made for my friend Dianne. I think that she really was surprised and I know she really liked it!

It can be used for a black coat and a gray coat that she wears.....

It is a pretty popular style year.

So the Holidays have come and gone....I got caught up in them and more....feel like I have been gone from this blog forever....

Made a few New Year's Resolutions.....Hopefully I will keep them all....the most important one.... getting fit and being more healthy!
