I was invited to my friend's the Wilsons for Dinner for Easter Sunday. Mr. Wilson Loves to cook. Here he is getting ready to carve his Standing Crown Pork Rib Roast. It was as good as it looked!
Shot of the beautiful table before we all sat down to enjoy the meal and each others company. A lovely meal with great friends! Perfect way to spend the day!

WORD FOR THE YEAR!
A good friend of mine choses a word for the year....sounds like a great idea for me....inspired by her my word for the year is going to be:
Prioritize > a transitive verb: to list or rate as in projects and goals....in order of priority...set precedence ...rank, position..privilege...
'to rank and do "
I think this may be a good mantra for me this year. I do complete a large number of my "to do list" items or wish list .... sometimes however my "goals" get a head of me...I think that is will be helpful for me to establish and "prioritize" goals for myself, thereby getting more successfully completed!
Here goes.....prioritize....look out 2012 here I come!
I am a single 50 something, living in Orange County, NY. I work full time in a law office maintaing all the real estate files and clients for my boss. Extremely busy practice, lots of stress....so in my free time I love to be creative in lots of different mediums. I enjoy creating intricate scrapbook pages, beading colorful creations, cooking interesting food and baking and sculpting cakes which I sell for all occassions. I find it relaxing to crochet and knit. In essence I love working with color and creating beautiful and interesting things in all mediums.
I enjoy and do teach private scrapbooking classes. If you are interested contact me directly at krazy4kroppin@aol.com
