Another Beautiful Sunset

Another beautiful Sunset! It is so amazing to me that we can see the same view and yet is can be so changed just by the atmosphere and weather conditions!
This beautiful sunset was taken off my girlfriends deck...
I almost want her to sell me her house so I can see this everyday
myself!

The Setting Sun....

I visited my girlfriend on Wednesday
night and the sunsets and views from her
deck are just amazing. I was able to catch
the slow decent of the sun as it sunk slowly
into a cloud below it....




little by little it drifted down....the glow
and the colors were amazing....
even the picture as pretty as it
is doesn't due it the justice that
I observed with my naked eye!


the last glimmer and shine as
it was fully behind the clouds,
Talk about serenity!

Serenity....

Went to a barbecue last night at a friend's house and happened to catch the sky as the sun was setting...happy that I had my camera with me!

It was just so beautiful! Can you imagine living in a place where you can view this off your deck every night? Serenity!

I took this picture a few days back when we had some sun and a beautiful sunset.

As I was driving home after work I spotted this setting sunset through the trees while turning into my street. I was hopeful that it would come out well....the

layers of color were just amazing!

It made me happy! Enjoy!

Day & Night

After many many days of no sun....on Friday night heading home from work I was able to catch this beautiful sunset....this shot was inspired by a friend who also caught a summer sunset in this same vacinity...mine isn't as rich and red as a summer sunset, but was very pleasing to me....not retouched....just God given colors.

The next morning we had snow and freezing rain....mostly freezing rain...at one point I was able to catch the large snowflakes coming down...

Tis the season for interesting weather events!
